Why the disappearing act? This wounded soul longs to experience the bliss of transcendence and peace
The King lives on ... Smoke and Mirrors
The conjunction of Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune at 26 degrees of Aquarius. It's probably the most significant lineup in terms of healing and spiritual development since the turn of the century. At the very least, along with the Uranus/Saturn opposition, it is the signature astrological event of the year.
Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron (knowledge, vision and healing)
The conjunction falls at 27 Aquarius, said to be a degree of the spiritual and/or aesthetic values "linking generations of seekers for the highest." It falls in the span of perspective, scene of Management, on the individual, mental, and spiritual level. These will show us what is changeless in our heart's feelings, and a stability beyond superficial things. It represents tradition, and a gift for using its values.
Jupiter expands, protects, and teaches through liberating the view in larger vistas. Chiron heals us into our Higher Self through the arts, sciences, and philosophies. Neptune is the Collective Unconscious, the spacious ocean of transpersonal collectivizing energies from which all things come and into which all things dissolve in the vastness of the shared feeling experiences of all beings across all space and time.
This will bring a new set of lessons to humanity combining Jupiter, the "Greater Benefic,"Chiron, the "wandering wounded healer," and Neptune, where we all share a common feeling-field. Its effects will play out over a very long span of time
Neptune has been in Aquarius for a number of years, but this is the first time that Jupiter has conjuncted Neptune in Aquarius since 1843. Students of history will note the years following that times featured new vision, new humanitarian and reform movements, and an overall expansionist atmosphere. So you can infer that 2009 is very important for imparting future visions to humanity as well as to individuals, since Jupiter will conjunct Neptune three times in the last third of Aquarius throughout this year.
The reason this threads title only concerns itself with the months through June is that these months show the forward span of Jupiter's movement through Aquarius. As of June, it goes stationary RX and retrogrades back to 18 Aquarius
Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron can help facilitate institutional healing, learning from the past, and is a powerful tool to assist those who wish to uncover hidden things, so that others may see them for what they are. The story of the Emperor's New Clothing can pertain to this astrological situation, as can the Ugly Duckling Story.
The mind (Mercury) and the mass consciousness (Uranus) flow well together. Thus prayer and the will for transformation can flow from the individual's knowledge base, to the wider community, via mass consciousness "connections". Wonderful!

Neptune is the transcendent planet of the mental triad--Mercury and the Moon being the other two. Since the language, or "the word" of the inner plane is tone (rhythmic sound vibration), the musician "speaks to us in melody and tonal harmony." The interpretive musician acts as an instrument to manifest the concepts of the creative musician who, in turn, acts as an instrument for inner-plane voices.
The trained improvisor, by his sensitive response to musical inspiration and the obedience with which his physical equipment reacts to that inspiration, is an immediate and direct channel for artistic utterance. In the exercise of his talent, his body, his musical instrument, his musical intelligence and responsiveness are all fused into one composite instrument through which the inner-plane voices speak to uS.
The actor, from his inner knowledge of human nature and experience, which is accumulated through many incarnations of intense emotional experience, symbolizes in each characterization a certain vibratory pattern, or level, of the soul body of mankind. Through his inspiration he transmits the playwright's concept of humanity and temporarily assumes the reality of a certain type of person.
The greatest acting requires, of course, technique of timing, reading, and movement, but the quality of spiritual greatness that moves the members of an audience to rapture and exaltation is that which is derived from the actor's transmission of his own inner memory (the superconscious) of experience. He "out-pictures" a facet of the inner memory of each person moved by his performance.
The Drama of Life is reflected, microcosmically, by the drama of the theatre. Human problems, relationships, joys, loves, sufferings, defeats, and triumphs are all mirrored by the projection of the playwright and the instrumental interpretation of the actor. When we, as individuals, choose to make ourselves "instruments of the Divine" we play a role on our own Stage of Life that is ennobling, inspiring, beautiful, and triumphant.
"Instrumentation" is a focalized releasing of power. When used by persons centered by the higher dimensions of consciousness great service of beauty, healing, and realignment are made possible in all phases of life--human and sub-human. However, power is no respecter of persons or things; it just operates as it is directed. (Consequently, when it is released through an unregenerate or unspiritualized consciousness, instrumentation becomes a process by which indescribable negatives may be exposed.

June 25th transits
The biggest factor in his natal chart... is by far the Jupiter/Neptune/Node conjunction (Stellium) in the 5th House... That's the unbridled creativity & talent at such age... This is a guy that sees things others can't... This is a person that lives in the gap of the real world & the one of magic & miracles... (Jupiter/Neptune)... This creates an extremely deep Spiritual connection... However... There is a conflict because the Jupiter in Libra isn't in sync with his Neptune in Scorpio... So there's a "conflict" that takes place in his intimate mind & life.
First of all... Take a look at the cusp of his 4th House (beginnings)... It has the sign of Leo on the cusp... So you would assume his beginnings would have Leo significance... (Performing at such a young age, family, heart)... Then check out his 8th House (death)... (10 Capricorn)... Not much to look at there... The Ruler (Saturn) is sitting there all alone in the 7th House in the sign of Sagittarius... Why it was hard for him to have one on one relationships
A quick glance around the chart shows Saturn's natal aspects are pretty good... Trines (120 degrees) from Uranus & Venus... Incconjunct (150 deg) from Mars... Sextile (60 deg) to Chiron... So most of those show very good life; prosperity, energy, & overall good fortune.
None of this signifies death, but rebirth
The biggest thing that does catch your eye will be the Venus/Mars conjuntion to his natal Mars (22 Taurus - 12th House)... That conjunction also connects (inconjuncts) to his Natal Saturn on the 7th Cusp... Right there, you get a quick impression that he's probably getting a little "afraid" or that his fears might be getting the best of him... Perhaps fearful his "possessions" (Saturn) will be taken away or lost... Or perhaps deeply emotionally saddened by some form of Partnership (Sony)condition... (Saturn on the 7th)... Whatever... Let's take it further...
Next thing you see is the dreaded Saturn "square" (90 deg) aspect to it's natal position... That's the icy-cold "bitch slap" we all get approx every 7 years or so that tries to wake us up to the fact that many of our chances & opportunities are passing by & being wasted... This is often called "the seven year itch" because it creates the feeling of "now or never"... Usually, Saturn is very restrictive & frugal, but at this phase in a person's life it goes kind of mental & wants to live as large or as wild as possible because it feels it's own mortality... So it tends to bring about all kinds of professional & social opportunities as well as "pressures" to move on.
Now keep in mind, all these aspects that are effecting his natal Saturn, are also connecting to his Natal Moon (17 Pisces - 10th House)... So there's a extra heavy emotional load he's under... professionally... financially too I bet... Geeshka, it makes you wonder how this man remained in his career so long...
So there you go...
We looked at the transits & it's perfectly clear what was going to happen... Right?...
(huh?... did I miss something)...
Ok... Let's take it a little further...
For most of you that study "classic & standard astrology"... The story ends right there with a lot of head scratching & wondering what they're missing... So I'm gonna try to show you what is really going on...
Ask nearly every astrologer about the planet "Chiron" & you're going to get the standard "Chiron is the wounded healer" answer... Part of that is true in the Mythology of Chiron... He was wounded... And he was a bit of a healer/prophet too... He served the sentence for Prometheus (for giving away fire) which meant he was willing to give up his immortality to spare the life of someone else...
Looking at Michael Jackson's chart... Take a look at his natal Chiron's position... (19 Aquarius - retro - 9th-10th House Cusp)... His natal Uranus, Venus & Mercury are opposing it... (all in the sign of Leo)..
Check out the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction (10th House) that is moving backwards (retro) towards his Chiron... Just on the fringe orb of the Conjunction... That transit alone would cause him to question whether he is losing his purpose in life... (remember he has this in his natal chart)... He has Venus/Mars (12th house... taurus) that are "squaring" Chiron & causing what I would imagine professional & financial fears & problems... (the 12th House part can show the attempt to "escape" into a dream state with drugs/alcohol or whatever)... Transit Venus & Mars are also connected to his natal Mars too... So that adds to the anxiety & impulsive qualities of that transit... Transiting Saturn (19 Virgo) inconjuncts Chiron... The Moon was also opposite Chiron.

I've found myself becoming a little swept up in the excitement of this, and for valid reasons. On the simplest of levels this connects up, in the most powerful way, the energies of grace, of the archetypal healer and of the mystic in us. It has the potential then to take us to places we have never been, or have only caught glimpses of, in our spiritual journeys.
The sheer potency of this energy system is such though, that this can also come with the experience of great vulnerability, an earthquake moving through our internal foundations and significant psychic fragmentation. So it can come with a strong, somewhat threatening edge, challenging the strength and flexibility of our deepest internal structures.
Whether this manifests as profound initiations that catapult us along spiritually or throw us over the edge depends on how much work we've done and how internally solid we are psychically.
The mechanisms behind this are complex and multidimensional. Chiron in our birthcharts represents places within ourselves that contain very deep levels of wounding, some of which we will know about, some of which is still unconscious. It shares with Neptune a great psychic openness in us as children, a hole in our auras through which the wounds of others are absorbed into our subtle bodies.
Neptune is another place where we are most sensitive emotionally, psychically and spiritually. It contains many of our most exquisite abilities but also takes us close to the chaos and power of the unconscious forces within and around us. Consequently, both are places that are painful, frightening, magical and exquisitely gifted. But if the former overwhelms the latter, the automatic response is to split off, anaesthetise and generally shut down on this sensitivity, in turn depriving us of the fullness of our gifts. We become numb, indifferent, and emotionally crippled because our connection to our souls, to our emotional truths and needs, is diminished.
Even when we've done a lot of spiritual work, especially ungrounded meditation and upper chakra practices, Pandora's Box often lies undisturbed. (Or peaked at and slammed shut!)
Then something like the Jupiter/Chiron/Neptune comes along with the intent to reverse any damage to, or disconnection from, our sensitivity to the visionary, mystic, intuitive, to the magical, creative and imaginative child in us. This is cause for great celebration but it would be naive to expect a cruisy journey of light and love. In order to do so, it must flush out the psychic-emotional debris in the box in order to turn it into a clearer doorway to the archetypal worlds. From here the soul can speak to us, the highest truths can become available, our hearts can breathe more deeply, our psyches can flex and respond to any life challenge, to any great movement in the collective.
Similarly, Chiron in the mix awakens the healer, shaman and the spiritual warrior. But the journey is about all charkas - of healing body/spirit splits, and more about the descent into the primal animal than escaping into the disembodied spirit. Whatever the case, we can expect major movement on all these levels, accompanied by unusual emotional states and some radical movements through our chakra systems that can temporarily throw us around but are ultimately driven by a deep urge to heal and to claim the healer!
The presence of Jupiter reinforces that there is much grace behind it as well, obviously benevolent forces of support and protection that encourage us to go for it, to open up, to make the most of this exceptional opportunity. Jupiter and Neptune together does open up the transcendent in us, while Chiron provides the sharper shamanic, initiatory edge, connecting to the earth while we reach for the sky.
The level of Shakti or spiritual power will be very high, so keep up your practices to facilitate the flushing and the openings. What we know for sure is that whatever spiritual, healing and therapeutic practices we're involved in will bear tremendous fruit at this time, as it will give us access to previously unreachable places within.
